UPDATED SHIPPING POLICY! NEW RATES FOR GREATER SAVINGS!
All orders are shipped via FedEx within the continental U.S. and its territories. Most orders arrive in 4-6 business days, but please allow up to ten business days for certain items and non-continental shipping. All addresses must have a physical street address for the order to be delivered successfully. P.O. Boxes will not be accepted.
If merchandise is needed by a specific date, please choose from any of the expedited delivery methods shown. This is available on in-stock items only. Rush orders will be shipped the same day if received by 2:00 p.m. EST Monday-Friday. Orders received after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day. Please note that express shipping is not available in all areas.
Orders shipping outside of the Continental U.S., as well as orders weighing over 100 pounds, may require additional shipping time and can incur increased shipping charges. All brokerage/custom fees are the responsibility of the receiver, not Shop DECA. Any orders that are refused at the destination will incur shipping and return shipping fees, regardless of the receipt of product.
If we are shipping to a school, please include the school name in the shipping address. If the credit card is being billed to an address other than the shipping address, please be sure to include the correct billing address with the order.
Lead time may be extended on customized and drop ship products. For more information contact Shop DECA at email@example.com.
Shipping charges are now calculated at checkout based on weight and given shipping address. Please note that orders shipping to a residential address incur higher rates than those going to a business or school.
Lastly, please keep in mind that our offices are closed for the following Federal holidays and all orders will be processed on the next business day.
